Iceberg Projects is a gallery dedicated to cutting-edge contemporary art and installations. For this Chicago project, we transformed an original 1930s brick carriage house into a flexible space for art exhibitions and performance. Industrial elements—including raw steel floors and exposed brick walls—honor the building’s urban context while adding depth to an otherwise restrained, minimalist interior. Custom lighting and strategically placed skylights flood the gallery with natural light, creating an airy, adaptable environment designed to showcase artwork at its best.
